We use a tracked courier with the signature required. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched.

We can not send to PO addresses. Please provide a physical address so that someone can receive the parcel.

International

We can organise international shipping using NZ Posts. Usually, take up to 10 working days, however, there will possibly be a delay by the circumstance of each country’s customs and local courier system.

We are not responsible to pay customs duties for international orders. If the value of your purchased products + shipping is over the limits of each country’s customs policy, you may be charged a customs duty. Please look up your customs policies before purchasing the item.

We do not reduce the value of the items, this is illegal.

Please check your parcel’s status occasionally so that you don’t miss your delivery. We do not cover the re-delivery fee if the parcel gets sent back due to your late collection after you missed delivery and the parcel went to a local courier depot.
