Sale items are final sale and can not be returned.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

If you are not completely satisfied with your items or have the wrong size, please contact us at info@commongarden.shop within 48 hours of receiving your items.

Once we receive the return, you will be issued an online store credit or an exchange.  

Shipping Costs are to be covered by the customer. (We do not supply return labels, please provide a courier bag, to be returned to you, with your address is on when you return your goods)

Please provide your Order Name, Order Email or Order Number so we can manage your order.

If you would like to return an item please contact us before you send it.

Items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery date.

All returns must be sent to Common Garden with tracking.

The responsibility of the item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by Comon Garden. We does not accept responsibility for packages that are not shipped by Common Garden.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of shipping back to you if it gets sent back to us. Please check provided tracking regularly until you receive your order. Re-delivery costs will need to be repaid to us to resend it.
